Is there a franchise fee or any other cost to become a Clear Mountain distributor?
No. There aren't any fees or costs to get started.
Transportation costs are a concern. How much will my freight cost be?
We have our own transportation department for delivery to distributors. As a result, our transportation rates are below market in many cases.
Where do I purchase water coolers and other related equipment?
Because we buy in such volume, Clear Mountain is able to sell everything you will need at very competitive prices. In fact, most often, it's below what you would be able to negotiate on your own.
What other products do you sell besides 5-gallon water?
We have a small package line of bottled waters that encompasses the entire array of sizes and shapes available. If you would like something different, we can help design and produce a proprietary package or label. See our Contract Packing section for more information.
What kind of support and training do you offer for a new distributor?
New distributors are welcome to come and spend a couple of days training with our people in every department including cooler repair, delivery, sales and billing. We'll show you how we do it, or you can break out on your own. For more information on the support we provide, see our CM Support section.
