Clear Mountain Spring Water has been proud to support hundreds of organizations in our communities with product donations over the years. To request a donation for your event, please use the form at the bottom of this page. We particularly need the following information: your name and contact information, the name of your organization and event, and a brief description of the event including the number of people you expect to attend.
Please make your request as far in advance of the event as possible, so that it may be included in our donations committee meetings. The more advance notice you can offer, the better (as we usually receive many more requests than we can fulfill). We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
